2-day Establishing a Vein & Wound Center Course

This two day Endovenous Ablation Course is a good mix of didactic and hands-on learning. The focus is to train attendees in such a way that they feel comfortable with treatments.

Our courses have a small group of 5-10 attendees format. We feel it gives attendees individual attention and we can cater individual needs to course attendees.

Our dedication to our trainees doesn’t end after completion of course. We are available to help them in person and using veinandwoundforum.com to ask any question.

We provide comprehensive vein training. Please see complete list our vein courses

Program Description

Roughly 25% of women and 15% of men suffer from the pain and symptoms caused by varicose or spider veins. New non-surgical laser and non-invasive treatments allow for outpatient treatments, requiring minimal recovery time.

Many of cardiologists, vascular surgeons, plastic surgeons and internist elect our courses because endovenous ablation and many of the vein treatments had not been and many times still are not part of formal fellowship training because endovenous ablation techniques are relatively new treatments and keep evolving.

Vein Center Program Details

Our course programs are designed very carefully and thoughtfully. Most of the times we will ask our registrants their basic knowledge and skills in phlebology and endovenous treatments. We also try to group attendees with their peers of same or similar specialty if we can. For example needs of cardiologists are different from even vascular medicine and from plastic surgoes and very different from internists. Each of our course is individually tailored based attendees and their baseline skill sets.

  1. Small group practical didactic lectures
  2. Emphasis on hands-on training
  3. Ongoing support to make attendees successful in treatments by providing an online forum for discussion among the attendees and faculty and expert answers by faculty
